Thanks Mr B. The 'proximity to the public' part of your answer - could that mean that a fence could be too small to keep the public out of a dangerous environment? I just can't see why the LHAG would attempt to overturn planning consent for the improved fencing application, unless it was a step towards overturning the entire application to drill. Hopefully they're just being awkward, and wasting public money (the council covering their �20k costs), but they seem to be constantly one step ahead of Europa or the council so far.

Jilen, my understanding is that the TMP is the final hurdle still. The removal of consent for the additional fencing means that the drill (after TMP consent) will still go ahead but of course without the additional fencing (unless the Leith Hill Action Group have something else up their sleeve - perhaps the absence of additional fencing now opens a window to bring in a judicial review regarding Health and Safety - maybe Mr B would give his professional view). Hopefully the TMP will get through in February, then we will offload our percentage to Angus, Doriemus or UKOG, since I believe it has a cat in hells chance of advancing to production. Biscathorpe however, is a serious kettle of fish in comparison.

Haha Mr B. Take care of her, she's got a hair trigger! To be fair, the oil price drop in summer 2014 stalled progress on drilling, but with the price at $70 things need to proceed without further delay as you suggest.

When DB went into the agreement with Egdon on Biscathorpe, it was stated by Egdon that it would be drilled in winter 2013/14, Mr B.

Jilen, to interrupt if you don't mind in case Mix doesn't read your post, Egdon will be submitting a Wressle application by 28th April, if they haven't already. Hopefully there will be a decision in July. Mark Abbott of Egdon told me Biscathorpe is still on track to be drilled before July.

Regarding what I just posted on Holmwood, I wouldn't be surprised if Doriemus would be very interested, as well as Angus. I'm sure Lenigas wants more of the Weald. The set-aside Holmwood drilling cash could be used to buy more of Wressle or Biscathorpe, which I would be very pleased with. Two thirds of my pension is in Union Jack shares, so I want it to be sensibly invested. I believe David Bramhill, Graham Bull and the team are the right people to nurture it.

I would think DB will be saying something about Fiskerton soon - no doubt as he is in charge, we are making progress. Otherwise, from my limited knowledge I believe we are in the hands of Egdon or Surrey County Council. I am hoping that as soon as we get a Holmwood go-ahead regarding the TMP, we pass our percentage on to Angus with all costs to date covered. I think it is right up their street, and too risky for us. Things looked different when we took on our percentage, but we are now in bed with companies I would rather we weren't. Maybe DB can use some leverage to make Egdon get on with Biscathorpe. Egdon have shlt loads in the bank, farm-in partners ready to go-ahead, Mark Abbott has told me the plan is still for a H1 2018 (4 years later than he said it would be originally), it needs to now happen or Egdon will look a joke, and I suspect no-one will want to enter into an agreement with them in the future.

Good to see confirmation that Egdon sound committed to projects they run that are of great interest to us. Hopefully DB will encourage the 'developing plans' bit, to soon also become 'drilling activity'. I wonder which 'undervalued onshore focused companies' DB and our 'like-minded' partner, will be investing in.
