Yes mate, they can buy at any time as long as they don't have inside information. Let's face it, they are likely to have inside information with so much potentially going on (in my opinion), so would not in those circumstances be able to buy. If they had inside information and did buy, someone out there would know, and that person could cause a great deal of trouble, so I'm sure the directors wouldn't risk it.

Tacuma, there is no restriction on them selling, apart from the fact they would have to declare the sale. They will be paying 6.5p for the option shares, whatever the mid price is (perhaps even 20p), as long as there has been a continuous period of 30 days where the mid price has been over 10p per share. This means that if they do a good job, they get a good bonus.

Tacuma, the directors can buy their allocated option shares at a price of 6.5p on the condition that the closing average mid-market price exceeds 10p per share for at least 30 consecutive trading days. They can also buy shares at any point at market value as long as they don't have price sensitive information that hasn't been made public.

It looks to me like they are showing that they are narrowing their focus on the best licence, and driving it forward. I would suggest relinquishing the licence necessitated the RNS.

SAS, my guess is that if Wressle gets the go-ahead there will be consolidation, which, as I've posted before, I would be in favour of. I've been involved in a couple of consolidations previously with other companies, which were both successful. Indeed Burton could be huge.
