Ratty,
"'...and a marked absence of the doom squad.'"
Quite. The "doom squad" being a figment of your imagination so I guess the absence of it indicates a reduction of your own paranoia. Let's hope it continues for your sake.
AB,
"then maybe spreading some cheer around from Scancell profits might be a diplomatic thing to do this year?
Bet a few think that way."
Spot on. I collect my new car on Tuesday, giving my old one to my daughter and giving my son the equivalent in cash so he doesn't feel left out.
Lofas,
"Well, what he is saying is that price can go up or down."
No, what he is saying is IF X happens it will rocket nut if Y happens it will crash. Big difference.
Burble,
I'm not sure why you call it garbage - seems like an accurate assessment.
If the trial results are good or more deals or a takeover the share will rocket.
If the trial results are bad the SP will crash.
What we as investors need to decide is the probabilities of each outcome.
Wild,
Yes. This was Bermuda and AB's stance from the outset and their view seems to be exonerated.
For the life of me I can't understand why people don't view the information available and act as they see fit. There is nothing further to be gained by discussing it publicly.
Do some research but keep it to yourself.
If Modi1 "melts away tumours" I'm not sure there will a need for much commercial "driving".
Who's serious and who's going to stump up the most cash is probably the only call.
Very quite on all boards and very few trades. Seems like everyone is holding there breathe waiting for the next update.
For anyone interested in the facts:
Intraday high 65.2 on Monday 8th October 2012. It closed at 53.25p that day.
On Thursday 11th October it CLOSED at 60p following a day high of 62.5p
It has closed above 50p on 13 separate occasions.
(nothing to do with the share split - that was years before)
AB,
Apologies, nothing wrong with the written word I just misinterpreted in my haste.
I think we all agree that support for people with a shared condition are important and that facility shouldn't be denied.
