Crumbs, it may be discussed at the AGM, but TBH I’m much more interested in hearing about the progress on the groundbreaking technology employed 10 years ago (immunobody) and whether we are a step nearer to saving a few more lives in the trial.

The market is pretty good at valuing a companies worth based on profit or its potential worth taking into account risk. If the technology is trul “ground breaking” it needs to be capitalised on, something so far Scancell hasn’t done. Note, I don’t use the word “failed” as these things do take time.

Let’s see how the market value this latest “groundbreaking technology” today.....

Crumbs, whether or not it’s progress remains to be seen. Add it to the current list of “collaborations” that so far have not produced a deal or provided funds. If the bod think this will appease investors prior to the AGM they are mistaken.

Two questions, how can that possibly be true and how could you possibly judge?
In order to judge, you would need in depth knowledge of both approaches. Like many of us here you probably have a rudimentary grasp of what Scancell is about. I doubt you have put a corresponding amount of effort into understanding Achilles? Correct me if I am wrong on this.

Given that Achilles managed to secure £100M whereas a Scancell barely managed to scrap together £6M to keep going for a year, this would indicate Achilles is superior in the eyes of this that matter.

Finally, a word on you comment about retaining IP. At some stage, Scancel will have to monetise the significant IP they have accumulated. The alternative is to run out of cash and funding options and cease to be.

Apologies, omitted the word “net”

To date, Scancell have not generated any net income.

If you think about it logically, Scancell cannot sustain being a "lifestyle company" if ever it were. In order to do so it would have to generate income in order to keep the owners "lifestyle" funded. To date, Scancell hasn't generated any income and there will come a point when investors refuse to bankroll a set of individuals.

So I'm not sure what the debate is? Maybe a poor choice of words from Knowelsi but not meriting being hauled over the coals for in my opinion.

Also not sure what the relevance of an old post from three years ago about a completely different company.

Just had another look, definitely a Telecaster.

I imagine there was some music between the serious stuff. Nice guitar, definitely a Fender, possibly a Telecaster - couldn’t see enough to make it out.

In my view it is not appropriate to blame deaths on delays. Regrettable as they are, the research and processes have to be followed. I know that the cancer my wife died from will be treated in the next 10 to 15 years. Sad as it is, I can’t get angry about it, people died two hundred years ago from conditions that are routinely treated or vaccinated against today. Who are you going to blame from two hundred years ago for failing to develop a smallpox vaccine?

Let’s hope immediately is now, patients have been enrolled and either have been dosed or will be imminently.

Note it is patient enrolment that commences immediately, not dosing so I can't see what all the fuss is about.
When the first patient is actually DOSED, I'm sure we will get an RNS as Bermuda says.

Perhaps, for a few - disappointed not to be given the full facts, disappointed we may have to wait an extra few months for a return, disappointed in the performance of the bod......

Still, I wouldn't be as worried at 50p either.
As far as who is buying and selling..
I'm sure not many LTHs with averages in the 15p-50p range are selling. Maybe those who thought it a punt at 3.6p-5p are offloading a few to protect against losses.
I guess there are a wide range of people buying, new PIs having come to understand the potential as well as existing holders accumulating or averaging down.
Personally, I haven't been tempted to buy or sell for over two years. Hold tight and wait for now.
