I know you struggle with English so let me explain:

I have never suggested that our science HAS (past/present) been taken over, merely could be (future)

It would be a bit like running a 5000 meter race. You train hard, you are in the best shape of your life and you are leading by 100 meters at the 3k mark. You then take your foot off the gas and decide to walk the rest of the race. At this point you say "show me who's beating me". At that point, no one but eventually someone WILL unless you regain focus and start running in order to preserve your lead.

I'm sure there are plenty here who see delays and missed timescales as a "concern".

If you cannot comprehend even the concept of commercial risk, I won’t waste my time trying to explain to you. Many people over several years have attempted to explain risk to you but your stance has been and remains “if I can’t see it then it can’t exist”

If I want to be concerned over something I have every right to do so just the same as you have the right to not be concerned either through superior knowledge or just plain ignorance.

What you shouldn’t do is attempt to belittle and bully people into accepting YOUR view. Some here may share your view in which case great. But not everyone does as their view, opinion, assumptions and conclusions are just as valid as anyone else’s. At the end of the day, none of know for sure what will happen so let’s all express our opinions freely and honestly.

The concern was not that "high Avidity T cells ... Moditope ... Avidmab and 2811 MAB” is not clever science with loads of potential but that delays getting one or all to market will result in them being overtake by other treatments, treatments that may well be inferior but despite this either gain a stronghold or deter big pharma from investing serious money.

I think in all fields, people prefer to invest in an untapped market rather than a saturated one.

Just to reiterate my point yesterday, I am not saying this WILL happen just that we should not ignore the possibility it COULD. Investing is all about weighing up the pros and cons, not just the pros, not just the cons but both.

I don’t think derogatory comments on opinions expressed that differ to one’s own contribute to a healthy BB discussion.

Like I said, we can’t imagine what it might be. Therefore we are constrained by our current knowledge, hence your comment it has to involve the immune system. Why. I guess years ago they said treatments had to involve leeches! :)

Yes, it is easy to be concerned and quite right to be concerned. There is a real danger that we will miss the Melanoma boat despite the great results simply because we took too long. What looks best, 52% survival in 315 patients or 80% in 25 patients? I guess with BSM, this won’t be long to market.

The same could happen with SCIB2, then Moditope. All we will be left with is a few advanced royalties on Avidimab.

Sorry to paint such a bleak picture. I really do hope we get our act together and get some of these products to market or sell them to someone who can.

I own belief is that in the next 25 years, a new, effective cancer treatment will be developed that will replace all current methods including immunotherapy. It will be something that no one has dreamed of yet.

It was interesting, she said there was no such thing as an IND for devices. Ichor have to file a "master file" with the FDA. This is something between Ichor and the FDA, Scancell do not get to see it or have any input into it.
She said that the shutdown in the US DID affect the timescales.
