It was five. The reason I raised this was one of the cases was the mum of a guy who worked for me.
I worked for HSBC bank and a number of my team were from Hong Kong. They all return home for Chinese New Year, this was at the same time as the SARS outbreak. I had to make eleven of my team stay at home for 10 days as they had just returned from Hong Kong.
Bizarrely, it was another lad who’s mum contracted it. She had been to Australia and had stopped over in Singapore. What’s the chances eh?

If I may offer some friendly advice:

Take a step back and a deep breathe.
Try not to fight EVERYONE
Accept the fact that you can't know more about everything than everyone else.

You last post is a case in point and it is a repeat of what you said yesterday. You clearly do not understand the word "suggested" in the context it was written. Now you can either accept the fact you do not understand and let it drop or try and work out what it means.

No he's not!

I think DE was probably looking out for us private investors. It would have been relatively easy to “spin off” a separate company without any proper reimbursement for shareholders in Scancell. Can you imagine where we would be now with just SCIB1 and SCIB2.
Talk on this board of share swaps are totally meaningless and irrelevant. A spin off company with director share issue and a private placing would possibly have left us with next to nothing.
Only my speculation. If DE wants to correct me and call my post “erroneous” I’ll gladly take it!

I agree, there is no one silver bullet. To claim there is is just a sensational as the DM headline. This is why I am against rubbishing other companies with different approaches.

I think most of us long term holders get it but those not as well versed in the history may have been mislead.

TF posts an article with a sensational title, within which it highlights a possible phenomenon “hypoprogression”.
In response to this you posted:

You can understand how this may perturb investors and potential patients. We are having enough problems recruiting patients for the SCIB1 trial as it is without this sort of scaremongering albeit unintentional. You really have to be more careful in your choice of words.

Perhaps you could clarify what you meant by the “that effect” SCIB1 had and what the source of your information is. In your own words rather than a cut and paste obfuscation.
