For what it's worth, I believe there are 8,460,618,464 shares in issue. 84,606,184 is 1%. Therefore 89,909,091 is 1.063%.

I could buy at 0.752 at 8.30 this morning, so a lot of the trades were buys.

A TR-1 should be issued every time a shareholders shareholding crosses a whole percentage point above 3% of the share issue.

If it is a trade of over 1% which doesn't in itself take the shareholders shareholding above 3%, it won't be TR-1ed. Otherwise, it will.

I understand from Mark Abbott weeks ago it is ONLY OGA approval still outstanding.

They don't tend to release RNSes that state 'nothing has changed'.

The OGA have had all the information they need in order to make a decision for some considerable time.

Absolutely right Serif. Rather be waiting for the OGA than the EA, that's for sure!

Serif, for what it's worth I believe the EA approved. It's the OGA we're waiting for.
