I took this mornings news as positive. HSE approvals in place just waiting on EA. 4-6 weeks, we have a believable timeline now. On top of that everything is progressing to drill the B-1 well that will test the Kirkham Abbey and the Cadeby Formation. The fact that this is independent of the EWT speaks volumes about what they know already. Read between the lines.

Exactly, there are some well known investors in that list. Also worth noting that Reabold was originally going to be a hedge fund but it was easier to utilise the 'Reabold Resources' shell on aim instead. Hedge funds are obviously longer term plays and for that you should treat it with the same patience. Sure it can still be traded to an extent but the true value will be sticking with it until value is released from the assets.

Exactly and that is West Newton alone. We already have income from Cali and awaiting Parta EWT to start. This could well be the year we see an asset being sold and the Reabold strategy bringing great returns with it!

PDMS since last time we were at 1.4p RBD are now much more exposed to West Newton. So a successful EWT would in all cases point to a value higher than our previous highs which were based on assumptions and not hard tested facts, surely? Or do you think being less exposed to a successful drill would do us better? lol.

£886.30k - some size of a trade! Wow. That may well have brought us down to this level considering that was a sell - which is probably more suspectful! However that is a huge amount. Then if that was a buy they must know something we don't. Either way you could put a positive spin on it, not sure if there is any negative other than the current SP drop but that could be the bottom in.

The MM's are probably underwhelmed by the selling. I don't think they pay attention to unofficial twitter news. I am sure we will get some excitement once equipment starts to move back in.

As well as this we are probably also due some news on Parta and West Brentwood? It is nice having multiple newsfronts in the pipeline and not just one Well with hoops around it.

In the last West newton update RNS it confirmed the holdup.

"Pumping, surface separation, fluid storage tanks and other testing equipment has been sourced to undertake this work. Regulatory approvals to re-commence the EWT are currently being sought. Once these approvals have been received, the equipment will be mobilised to site at the earliest opportunity and the EWT will re-commence."

Yup 500 million. 8p a share.

Nice to get some coms, obviously just waiting for approval now and then fulls team ahead. Kit all ready to go just need a tick in a box. Nice price for getting involved as well!

A buy out is not priced in. That is where the real returns will come from. That could well come at the same time as the EWT results.

Should add that black smoke from a flare stack can insinuate condensate - which would explain why the test was shut down promptly after this. It also looks like flames are coming out the top of the flare stack. Certainly not a duster anyway.

In terms of low pressure with a gas cap - this is fairly normal at least until the hydrocarbons start to flow - when this happens the gas pushes down into the reservoir increasing the pressure. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petroleum_reservoir#Gas_cap_drive

chrishutch is a good poster here and has always supported Reabold. I always appreciate his well educated posts on this board. Can't **** him for making a profit on a share that is why we are all here. Now he is buying back in at a great price. Well done Chris.

I found this interesting Chris, they must be planning to get one or 2 wells into production as well as proving commercialisation. I guess it will have a better price tag having gas hooked up to the pipeline. It will also bring in some revenue to fund the drilling of more wells.

Buying a few more today as well Chris. Oversold RSI was what got me going. Expecting a bounce.

Some analysis is saying WN could be worth up to $800m which would means with 50% net to reabold the SP would need to be above 5p to align. Sure some crazy figures but if it comes to play then that would do me. Especially if a divi is involved in the sale of assets! If that is their plan it makes sense why the BoD topped up lately - even at 0.9p.

Decent set of RNS - not major news.

Miton group are back in - that is positive.

Increased holdings in Danube increasing their exposure to Parta.

Maintaining their holding in Corallian which I think makes perfect sense for a small amount of money. They have some good opportunities.

Not sure you can knock it. As I said nothing major but nothing at all negative.

Reabold still have 8 Million + whatever was left from the previous placing kicking around. So who knows. Maybe they will pick up some of Humber's slice on the cheap.

Remember - Reabold don't need to fund anything. They invested into Rathlin so are not directly involved. They have decision making powers obviously by their massive slice but Rathlin have the 16 Million pot now. To progress things they might pay for Humbers part for a bigger slice then Reabold's would be increased without them having to cough up additional funds.

Either way - the Monday RNS confirms my gut with this investment. The BoD have good exposure. These guys know investments and they want returns just as much as the rest of us here.
