DTW, might be worth giving a bit of context to the share price here - in broad brush terms from around this time two years ago AIM is down 40% and AVCT up 20%. When I look at my other AIM investments this has genuinely out-performed!

Interview in the Times, doesn't talk much about HUI but does at least answer the question 'why him?' - his wife knows Howard White
Thanks HMH, good spot, and agreed investmentpro, many questions arising as this looks significant. Saudi exposure and, by implication, interest is at the highest levels of government with the Chair being the Minister for Environment, Water and Agriculture
@mjallen - I'm not suggesting that we don't partner with them, just that they should not have exclusivity. Peel can then build their plastic parks while we licence other companies (for instance those directly involved in waste management) to also develop DMGs across the country
The whole Peel exclusivity deal needs scrapping given their lack of urgency to date and focus on large plastic parks with long planning timescales where DMG is just one component. The UK needs multiple DMG's as quickly as possible without a middleman controlling the market.
Great write up on PHE/DMG/HUI in the print edition of Autocar out today on page 11 - article doesn't seem to be available online yet though
@dagenius - it came out yesterday as follows:
Hydrogen Utopia International PLC, a company pioneering non-recyclable waste plastics to hydrogen facilities, incorporating Powerhouse Energy Group plc’s DMG® technology, is pleased to inform shareholders that a research note on the Company has recently been published.
The research can be found at: https://www.progressive-research.com/company-coverage/hydrogen-utopia-international-plc/ and is available on the Company's website here
If not a mistake then massively disappointing - Peel were meant to be the great enablers but have failed to raise / provide the finance. If the exclusivity contract has been signed I hope it included delivery commitments and can be voided on this basis so we partner with someone with a sense of urgency in delivering - just wish I was at the agm to say so and vent my frustration at this sudden re-messaging
Good find BTB, link with additional information here: https://www.euislands.eu/organisation/462
Thanks Kenny, so we should expect an RNS tomorrow on the financial close and consortium providing it - and hopefully clarification that the three year construction timescale quoted refers to the complete plastic park and not the PHE unit!
Another question perhaps is how long is Peel's exclusivity in the UK for (or for how many units)? Beyond this the opportunity to auction the rights would then be an option with the potential for multiple partners with revenue searching as part of the licencing arrangements
