I have liaised with the relevant department who have confirmed HL will not be participating in the buy back at all, as we hold them directly on the ASX and the buy back is only for holders who hold this investment through Euroclear.

Hi all, ive been a bit lazy in following this one so throwing myself on the generosity and wisdom of you guys:)... i have a bit over 10k worth at current price split between a standard stocks and shares account and a sipp.

I understand from here (heard nothing from hl) we're looking at a crappy buyback at below market price?

Have a i left it too late to do anything about it? If not whats the reccomended course of action?

Thing it... It didn't really cost $2000 to fix. That was parts only, they didn't include labour or travel. So I'm not entirely convinced that their defence isn't a little suspect. A few rubber seals probably are a few pennies, but getting an engineer to a remote site to install them is a different matter.
I topped up on the fall as I suspect it's a bit overdone but I'm not massively confident.
