Hi everybody, I’m sure all of you are heavily invested here and have been for some time so hats off to you.

I’ve been reading lots on this this morning and it looks very good. My only concerns are that the BOD is linked to RMS so I’m wondering if this will have a detrimental effect on BRH?

Also, am I right that the s.p took a massive decline because it paid out 42.5p in dividends back to shareholders?
What was the reason for this, it’s unusual for a company to pay dividends so early?

The tests I believe are to be concluded by the 6th January if I’ve read right so I’m assuming everything is reliant on that. If it passes then the s.p has the potential to rise, but I’m finding it difficult to predict what it could rise to. Pre dividend it was 70p and that was based on ‘idea’ alone I’m assuming.

With the dividend payouts did you guys re invest that back into BRH?

I think I’ve asked everything I wanted to, don’t feel obliged to answer but it would be helpful. I also could be completely wrong with any info I have supplied as I’ve read lots of pieces from various sources.

Blues definitely better than red but I’ve just not really found any correlation between buy ins at the end of the day and the share price rising in the morning that’s all. Last week you posted some good buy ins and there was no reflection of that in the morning.

The mornings must be flooded with heavy sells because there can’t be that much volume of buys and it stay the same.

Didn’t mean to cause offence or negativity, I’m in favour of this rising even if I’m not invested right now. Nobody wants to see a company as good as this struggling.

You beat me to the comment, I’ve stopped looking at the after hour but orders as most of the were already traded during the day anyway and just take time to be posted.
I don’t believe it has any relevance on tomorrow’s market opening though.

Thanks for that. That was a good read, I think I’ve mentioned it before but maybe sometimes I just don’t respect money. Maybe if I had, I would have made a better judgement previously.

I’ve also said that with not much to invest sometimes I see at as pointless to invest it long term, a dividend stock on an investment of say 2.5k would very low.
But yes, I will be looking to evaluate my strategy and looking into the possibility off adding into shares monthly like a savings account. (Preferably one with no fees).

I think I could probably master swing trading but would need circa 50k and dedicate to it full time. Having a full time job whilst doing what I did was completely wrong and hence why I got caught out in the end.

I do hope other new and relatively new investors read a bit about my experience as sometimes these forums don’t always show the affects of how things can go wrong.

Although luckily I’m financially stable, £6.5 was a pretty big hit to lose (for me personally) and will take some swallowing, I still have some savings but you have to be strong and know what you can afford to lose and live with it. It’s a form of gambling and some people can get trapped and chase the loss.

Completely up to you but unless your buying shares to keep long term then it’s simply not worth it. We’ve all seen what can happen on a weekend let alone 5-6 days.
I don’t anticipate much bad news but then bad news always comes unannounced.

I’ve thought about it myself but I’m sure there will be plenty more opportunity to jump on and piggy back the good news.

So really better off not setting stop losses and triggering it yourself , my stop loss was set at 105 and they said they couldn’t execute quick enough.

I would order that book but I’m not sure the missus will be too pleased at the minute. I mean if someone wants to send it me as a gift then that’s out of my hands. :)

I know most people are aware that the vaccine is in use as they will know their local stations but seeing it on paper certainly adds some depth to the efforts being made.
This will only increase/be ramped up in the coming weeks.
Just need the brexit issue out of the way. At least then we know it’s only Covid that will get better or worse, not multiple issues. Although something else will pop up.

I think your right, they are ahead. They leave the journalist guessing. It’s all corrupt in my opinion.
I still think brexit situation is having a massive affect on the s.p. Even though it shouldn’t do.

So still more uncertainty which will probably be shown in tomorrow’s opening. I’d expect it to be the same as the 2nd half of today and hover.

A counter offer of 30% will probably be coming next. I feel we are on the back foot now. I doubt boris will want to accept his offer so the fear of a ‘no deal’ still remains.

Of course this is all speculation and my opinion.
