To note, I’m actually still spreadbetting but it was the last of my rolls holding that I left in the account and have kept adding from the ‘profit’ as it’s increases. But I now only buy actual shares where I have built up a good holding on rolls.

I’m wondering, anyone know how a divi would work on spread bet if something was issued?

Nice to see you back JTT. So I’m actually recuperating some of my heavy loses from previously. If you remember I made the mistake of spread bet. Anyway, I’m still holding

- argo blockchain
- PayPal
- IAG
And of course… Rolls.

How are you getting on?

I thought I would start to see some profit taking pullbacks. It can’t just keep going up, this isn’t what we’re used to.

Retirement… that’s a good point regarding iag. I have put a small holding into them and will try and tip up when I can. It’s already looking like 2023 is similar to the buying opportunities we seen in 2020. Amazing to think that rr and iag were almost at parity not so long ago.

Omar, word of advice if I may. If you accumulate the money you need for the deposit that should be your exit strategy. Otherwise it’s very hard to get out because of FOMO.

Yes after exit it could rise so leave a smaller holding in but equally who know what could happen after and that last thing you would want is to go away with nothing.
