Just to let people know ,i contacted ii regarding written proof of my frr shareholding . I have just received a hard copy of my shareholding from them.

Don't worry folks the board's remuneration package will still be safe.

I would expect the company to wait until the 'II' completes it's selling agenda before the company tries to re -inflate the value. Would be pointless otherwise. BWTFDIK.

This is the ideal time for a company like SYM. Products should be flying out of the door, meanwhile we just stumble along ,sales flat unable to grasp the nettle. Think its time to change the conductor.

Just had a look at the price history, in January 2019 the share price was around 20p.Fast forward to the present, share price around 18p. During this period we have been going through a pandemic and drastic sea change in the use of none biodegradable plastics. Real progress in the last 2 years + then. Wonder if the bod pay has reflected this ha ha.

Most Aim companies leak like a sieve, with the people in the know telling their mates and relations about any good news allegedly. If this is the case where is all the buying?. I'm still holding and hoping but not buying at the mo.

If the BOD's remuneration was tied to the share price on a monthly basis then it might be a different story ,looks like i've chosen a donkey instead of a horse.

Agree, if these two characters put in as much time and effort at something positive like running our company instead of being court junkies, then maybe things could be different.

Why bother with a place for AGM seeing that no shareholders are allowed in, How convenient that the place could not accommodate even one shareholder . Why not just have it on zoom, save a bit of cash for his hobby horse ie. those nasty EU. people.

Too many get rich quick characters that haven't a clue about the stock market, the MMs love them. Investing in an Aim company because of it's potential was always difficult but now is virtually impossible.

The sp continually being chiselled by the MMs courtesy of weak holders.

We are in this situation because of SN 's ineptitude . personally i think he doesn't give a stuff about shareholders and will dilute them into infinity to save himself. If by some miracle the company survives with some shareholder value, SN should do every shareholder a favour and walk .

This type of character likes the extra public finance but not the share holders. very few coms from him apart from whinging. Its hard work running a thriving company ,much easier with a little company.

If he's appealing against something lets hope its nothing trivial.

Think if an RNS due then all the insider dealing would be taking place and their mates piling in.

I wonder how many deaths have been caused by that well known poison ethanol, untold I would imagine. Paracetamol also has a chequered record .Should these two products along with others be banned?
We know the vaccines are not perfect but quoting spurious reports to further your agenda seems disingenuous to me. I am a SYN holder and think there is a need from them both.
