What i find strange is the spectacle of so called shareholders decrying the company at every opportunity . If you are not happy with the company then the sensible thing is to contact the company and voice your complaint. Failing any resolution, the next step would be to sell up. Why would any sensible person complain about a company they have no vested interest in? Perhaps they have an axe to grind.

There must be some large shareholders who are as p--sed off with this Bod as we are, maybe ,just maybe they could push for an extraordinary meeting to bring this shower to book.
