How many shares can any one retail investor get via the placing do you think? Is is just first come, first served? Or perhaps a percentage of your holding?

Crazy price for the placing. Just shows that it’s pretty difficult out in the capital markets at the moment. Thank god they at least are involving retail. Basically forced to double down

They are required to make the offer but it is recommended to the shareholders not to accept, which they of course will not.

It’s actually very bullish, they have chosen to convert their debt in to equity at the current price. It shows they are bullish on the stock price from here.

They usually release a trading update at the start of May. Hopefully we’ll hear some good news!

A quick loan against the building could very well be a at to go. All we need is some kind of finance that’s not equity. The share price will then recover nicely and we can raise equity later on

Read the RNS again, the funds recently raised were held by the bank and have been offset against the debt

The TR1 looks like it shows their biggest shareholder having sold out completely this morning

Could this actually be an indication that Sydbank is in distress? Scrambling to recall loans? Perhaps they might be able to simply refinance with another lender given the positive trading outlook the company sees?

The hope would be that one of the major shareholders steps in the a loan which allows them to operate for 6-12 months, with the view of then doing an equity raise when the share price is back up

Cash burn may be very limited from here until the drill. It may be that they can do a small raise or obtain a shareholder loan in the short term. Given we’re so close to drilling there is no point of raising a lot of finance now. Just need enough cash to complete the drill. It will then be easy to raise and hopefully at a much higher price
