I have work for Bus, haulage and supermarket companie but I can't tell if company is going to be making profit or lost although have been busy or quiet. Remember everything effective profit- Oil,competition, staff pay (strike, sick,recruitment) delays at airport ,interest rate,ect.

Jtan. We small shareholders can't beat big boys. They have all the tools know how and money. They move before smaller shareholders. Who knows when the SP will recover. This can change very quickly on the other side might drag on.

Halma1983 - Let's hope so. Inflation might reduce profits and number of items sold as public will have to cut back on the flip side they might go looking for value goods from B&M rather than normal shops.

This company is not going to survive competition from SHEIN. They can employ cheap labour and nobody kicks up so they will be able to compete.

BA management and union are beeing silly. They need to grow up and come to agreement. This issue is not helping anyone( BA,unions and passengers). Personally BA should give workers pay rise as they have been helping themselves with the pay rise and save by cutting in unnecessary directors support jobs/ expenses

There might not be lockdown but public will be avoiding travel also due to sickness airlines and airports will have staff issues. Hopefully it doesn't come to this

If interest rate and inflation keeps going up why would one invest in airline shares as returns will be very low. Remember 80's.
