Kin1 - I have been trying to find out same for Experiane shares which has Irish dividend withholding but no joy so far. I suppose they might be treated same way as USA shares which has 15% withholding tax.

IMO . Don't buy when tipped specially AIM listed. Sell and then buy back if one is luckey.

SIL3NT Ceo is milking the company. Only interested in getting as much as possible before this company goes bust. Bofd has been doing that for couple of years.

Yes get out ASAP. This Bofd are useless. They are just milking the company and issuing new shares at cut price to family & Friends and then flogging in the market.

Nearly 5% spread is too much. Are small investors ripped off. Better of buying listed companies shares as spread are very low. Some AIM listed don't have that much spread. Also this company might issue/ place new shares.

Few days after x dividend this has been going up. Is it time to sell before they drop back.
