We have now made it to the end of 2024. and the year Annus Horribilis is now well and truly in the past.

the year end results will be out sometime in January drawing a line under2024, and showing JSE are now well on the way to profitability and a successful future from here on in.

We are now the proud owners of a great Gas producing asset alongside our other great assets. with future gas resources to take Jadestone into the 31st Centaury. Delivering profitability and growing production .

having recently produced over 25,000 BOE per day and with more to come in 2025. having seen a growth of some 30% increase in production I'm feeling positive that 2025 will also see us increase production yet again in 2025..

hopefully hitting 30,000 BOE by the end of 2025.

looking forward to the months ahead adding a few more shares as funds allow and an increase in the Sp from year end lows.

The only way is up from here!!!!!. if JSE languish at these all-time lows, they are a sitting duck for a takeover, imo

A super update from the BOD , Jadestone has everything in place to grow, expand and continue on it diversity plans in 2025 and beyond, the hard work will continue to grow JSE back to a more relative MCAP in the years ahead.

we will see the additional revenue from CWLH and AKATARA driving the SP in the years ahead,

· The Company has signed binding documentation with Tyrus to provide the US$50 million Equity Underwrite Facility and the US$35 million Standby Working Capital Facility. The key terms of these facilities are:

o maturity of 31 December 2024;

o 13.5% and 15% annual interest on drawn amounts under the Equity Underwrite Facility and Standby Working Capital Facility, respectively;

o 5% annual interest on undrawn amounts;

weve reached year end without dipping our toes into the $35 Million, well done JSE

Following the current period of higher capital spending, the Company expects to be significantly cash generative, with 2025 net cash expected to be in the region of between US$75-150 million at an oil price in the US$65-85/bbl range;

best concentrate your input on PTAL, they are currently down another 2.5% this morning taking them to a new year low, its not unsurprising your very angry 😡, are the rivers still at year record lows?, and are they still paying the local tribes bribery money to allow passage of oil along the river routes? not to mention the free shares awarded to Directors and Management, diluting shareholders massively, will it go under 30p? hmmm?

i do agree JSE will be making profits first half of 2025 results , and debt will be paid down rapidly in 2025.

Charlie, i understand your still very bitter, having invested in here at an average of 75p, and sitting on huge losses, even your recent acquisition of PTAL is making huge losses with PTAL at current all year lows and sinking further,

its no wonder you're a failed investor!!!, who continually calls it all wrong,

2025 will be a more prosperous year for those who have been buying in the low 23-24p range 😉

let me give you a little tip on an oil stock apart from JSE which will make good growth in 2025 GKP , or as an alternative to oil try Palm Oil MPE, a growth Company with great dividends they might help you get back some of your losses from the past two years, ouch !!!!!!! 🤕

You do know the reason for the losses in first half Charlie!!!!!!

We had a gas production plant to build costing over $130 Million Dollars.

Thats all good money invested for the future -As well as making nearly $100 million of investments in De-Com Costs in 2024- CWLH again money well invested for the future

Like PB said at a recent investor meeting the AKATARA production facility and gas asset is now worth multiples of present MCAP!!!!

2025 will be a year of exceptional growth, even if the full year results for 2024 dont how any cash positive news, it will show a line has been drawn in the sand - No major Capex expected in 2025 with the exception of SKU drill which has been budgeted for,

If the first half of 2025 results don't show a profit i will apologies to everyone on here!!!!! even at current low oil prices

Never rule out takeover or Merger even a new listing in Australia or USA may be an option for the Company, one thing i agree with you Charlie is the Oil and Gas sector are certainly bombed out and unloved, even your faithful PTAL is languishing at year lows it hasn't been a good year for this sector.

JSE , we have had a great run this year on energy prices, i would expect oil and gas prices to remain stable into 2025.

things may change if Trump can get a deal done in Ukraine before summer 2025. Russia Economy is on its knees right now. They will want sanctions lifted soon, imo

Demand in Southeast Asia remains strong

Looks like the BOD can turn around the fortunes of CNR holders, imo

Good morning SEA7, yes a re-start of dividend payments will, imo start next year, probably after the agm in the summer,

as the AKATARA income accelerates and of course the CWLH 2 income also contributes to paying down the debt,

Will all depend on how much pressure TYRUS and the other Institutions put on the BOD , they have held firm and supported the Company these past 2 years and will be looking for returns in the not-too-distant future,

The January year end results will draw a line in the sand, as we look forward to several years of growth and earnings

Towards the Abandonment fund will be paid any time now for the CWLH (2) this then brings in heaps of cash going forward into 2025. think its about $19 Million to be paid,

im not sure how keen the BOD will be to take another percentage of this in the near term?, or do they pay debt down and grow the cash pile first?

They may want to grow the cash pile to start the Vietnam gas field off in 2026? or pay dividends?

we should get the next update early January or maybe hear something to say CWLH 2 payment completed
