I don’t think you are an idiot I know you are. You are actually unhinged. To constantly post ALL DAY hammering a share tells me you need help. You are obviously only young and have absolutely no self awareness. A good discussion board needs people on it with different opinions but to constantly post negative things like you do is not normal behaviour. Been sacked from RR is my guess for sure in fact I’m certain. It’s the only thing that makes sense.

Aspers I had the same problem recently with ODX and i made sure that there were enough funds in my trading account on the day of the purchase and they were added in there.

Im not even invested (at the moment) but can’t stand seeing people purposely misleading other people just to get their shares. My guess is that the majority of people here are just working class people like myself and I think and what some people are doing is just cruel. I rarely give financial advice but if you didn’t sell your shares last week then you would be foolish not to take up the offer of the cheaper shares.

Guys keep it on on your watch list. Haven’t got the numbers in front of me (I’m now back to building houses - HURRAY!) but yes massive 3 for 2 RI so was a expected rerate this morning not drop.
130p is Fridays 200p.
84p of the 130p is equivalent of original MCAP.
46p of the 130p is the emergency cash raised.
IAG are now in a better position because they have even more (they already have lots) cash reserves.
Anyhow one to watch for sure. Not by me of course because I am leaving shares forever and now free - yeah sure ha ha

AML really has been the Hokey Cokey of all shares for me. Made and lost an absolute fortune on the first rise and drop then tried to think outside the box on the second rise and subsequent fall and still lost a fortune. Yes one hell of a ride and it’s not over yet. Goodness only knows what’s coming and the only thing I know for sure is that none of us here will see it (especially me) that’s for sure. Jesus. Got to laugh though ehh?

Ok this is my take in all of this and would appreciate your thoughts?

The value of any Company (MCAP) in simple terms is the Number of shares x share price.

So if for example a Company has 100 shares each worth £1 it would have a MCAP of £100.

If we had a RI (in this simple example) 1 for 1 at 50p and everybody took up the offer of buying 1 new share then everybody would now own 2 shares for a total cost of £1.50 and they would still own 10% of the Company.

The Company overnight is now worth the original £100 + the £50 raised so (MCAP) £150 but there are twice as many shares.

So £150 = 200 x the new share price which now goes down to 75p immediately.

But here is the problem.
If the money raised was kept in the Company coffers forever or for investment then the above is accurate BUT if it’s used to “survive” then the Company will quickly go back to what it was originally worth ie £100

£100 = 200 x Share price

50p!

I have a conclusion but wanted your thoughts first please.

A lot of what I put on here is tongue in cheek and I am healthy and have no stress or anxiety!
I just don’t like something having complete control of me! The bulk of mine is also in an ISA also so I could just take it out without penalty ......but i can’t put it back!
