If the decision on nuclear power effectively meant an end to SMRs then RR would no doubt have made a public announcement. They haven't and with the huge amount of public and foreign (Qatar) investment, for SMRs, and the immense potential of exports and job creation throughout the UK, SMRs are definitely still in play.

Trying to reach a stable 310 has been bouncing around for some time now so hopefully it will achieve that tomorrow. I feel 310 is an important base from which we can progress.

The SP had reached 305 and then the news appeared about the disaster then it fell by 1.6%. Had this incident not happened the SP would be much higher that it is now.

BTW , in my post you criticised, I said the SP would start to recover. Have a look at it now. You're a sad wee man.

Given the shape of the falling SP graph, its clear that the fall is reflecting a lack of confidence and insecurity and not based upon facts.

As the news reports from the airport emerge in daylight, investors will see the wreck of the smaller plane which will confirm the reason for the disaster.

I think we'll see a SP recovery today to some extent.

As we see from the footage, the plane is in complete control in its landing so the air traffic controllers have got a lot to answer.
