Regarding the applications.
We were notified via an RNS on 8th Feb 2022 the company had put these in.
We should be notified if these applications have run their course and what the outcome was.
Unless they are still in play and it’s a fault with the government or website.
But again we should be notified for clarity.
Come on BOD shareholders need to know, PLEASE.

The price is as because of the significant risk the offer will not be accepted.

If the offer is rejected the SP will most likely crash to 0.3 to 0.5p

This is why in my opinion the offer should be accepted. My vote is YES.

The more people willing to declare their YES position the higher the SP will increase.

The SP is currently at the mid point of acceptance and rejection.

For what it’s worth I bought this morning a small amount. It however is showing as a sell on here.

I easy on the length of build. I was just trying to say that production is not going to happen in 2025.

That would be great, however, my interpretation would be ground breaking in 2025 with a 2 year build. No production until 2027. But still impressive.

As I see it, and only my thoughts and opinion. If the vote is no then there are two outcomes,
Wait for another offer or wait for better times and keep the asset.
I don’t believe another offer would be forthcoming as the Russian Federation are in total control of this game. Any offer would have to come from a Russian entity and be approved by the new Russian committee. Those who might be in a position to offer will already have been either warned off or a deal done.
If we keep then how long before the situation improves and we cane progress, 5, 10 years. By that time we will have been frozen out by the Russians as no western entity will invest. AMC will then default on their obligations to progress and the Russian Federation will just take the asset back. We will then have nothing.
I am not waiting for that to happen.

Zac has not lived to dream of Amc. For a few of us here we have looked at in on a daily basis to see the progress (or not) that’s being made.

From the days of the £1 per share party dream to where we are today.

The original deal gave the shareholders nothing except a promise to invest the initial payment of £25 million. The rest was not guaranteed.

This deal at least gives us the money and still have some shares.

I agree, the Russians are controlling the game. I know another offer will not be forthcoming, but that’s not to hope.
As I said I will accept this offer.

Having considered the position we are in, I have come to the reluctant conclusion that I will accept the offer. (I hope a counter offer will be made.)
The reason is that we have been shafted well and truly and now just want out with some of my stake in tacked.
I did vote no on the last offer hoping for better up front terms. However the situation has got worse and now believe the Russians now control this game. So this is it.
It’s a sad day all round.

Absolutely awful offer. Shafted is not the words I’d be using.

Those are good returns on investments made 10,20,30 years ago.
What the likes of the major miners will be doing is looking at investments for the next 10,20,30 years and what those investments will mean to shareholders.
Hzm is one of those investments. They have experience in such matters.

For those of us who are really interested in the company and how it’s actually doing it’s not hard to do some simple research. Just look at the latest presentation on the company website. Follow on Twitter and LinkedIn.
You’ll get a good picture of progress. You’ll also see how ethical the company is.

A view on the buying and possible threshold for a takeover.
30% of the shares require a mandatory cash offer for the rest at a price of the highest they paid in the last 12 months.
The 52 week high is 4.395p. Not what they may have paid.
1.393 billion shares.
30% is 428 million shares. Given the buying rate and possible start point would they get to 30%? Starting point 50 to 75 million. Still need 350 million. Buying at 3.5 million a day is 100 days or 5 months.
Could they achieve that level in the time, probably not. Anyway they would not want to drive the price up. They are in the long game with the cards stacked in their favour. In another 7 months the 52 week high will come down to 3p.
So they at the moment are buying bringing their average down. A guess would be they would get to the 30% with an average of 2.5p. Then make an offer for the rest at 3p.
In essence getting the company for approx £40 million
Way to go, NOT!

X should be a stretch of say 15p a share and y 1%.
Or split
X above 10p y=0.5%

Should add that x should be cash up front.

Just need to be simple.
Sell the company for more than x and you get y%.
Just need the x and y to be agreed first.
