What benefits or restrictions either have?

AIM, thanks for your observations. I’m comfortable with the position at the moment as I’m in for the long term. I’m more interested in how long will it take for the said infrastructure to be in place and if we will wait until it’s done or get things moving sooner?

A really positive article. It look good for the area to be developed and the Tanzanian government are wholly behind the project.

The question is would the government want a similar deal here?

They will be looking north of £6 for HZM as a whole.

An interesting take.
As we’ve got a number of different institutional investors now, each with different reasons for investing, I would not think any buyout is going to be cheap. They a not PI traders wanting to make their 5%.

I just wonder where they got that many shares from. If it had been from the market surely it would have had an upward effect on the SP?

Yes a risk granted, but, they would have to get another 5% of shares from somewhere. Buying those on the open market would drive the price up. They would also have to finance the other 70%. I wonder if they had a bit of loose change down the back of the the sofa. Maybe, but most likely have to go elsewhere.
