Like you I don’t do theses chart type theories. They work for some.
My only theory is that more probably than not, a company with great fundamentals will come through to be successful.

Or you could be an Elliot Waves advocate, in which case the start of the third wave is forming. This will take the SP to £1.75 to £1.80 mid to late Jan then retrace a little on the fourth wave.

Btw, I’m not a Chartist, I go on the fundamentals of the company, and this is a real jewel in the mining industry.

More significantly for chartists is the 50 moving average could go above the 200 day moving average or golden cross.

The chartists will say that the SP has risen above the 200 day moving average.
This apparently indicates something positive, and should attract people’s attention.

I’m hoping the drill results will be good and it reverses this downward channel.
These are promised in the next few weeks. (We’ve seen promises before)
If good it could start a positive news trend and that should be positive for the SP.

The RNS is in my view is an honest operational update.
They have produced 5153 + 192 oz of gold at a recovery rate of 65% which can be improved to 80%. Possible 6578 oz.
Out of the ground profit is $1794 - $1369 = $425 or 31%
A possibility that they could have achieved a profit of $2,795,650 out of the ground.

I know this will be shot down but it just to counter the negative posts, even though justified.

I feel your anguish at a company not performing. I’m in a couple that are more than 50% down with more than I would wish to lose.
Here I hoped to get in at the bottom, but who knows. I’ll keep a watch here and add if the consensus is positive.
