I’ve thought that myself, and I’ve also thought that if I was a mining company CEO would I buy it?, why should I buy it?. After all if I’m buying “a mine” I want all the legwork done because I don’t want to be dealing with local communities protesting through the courts and holding things up and a whole load of other problems, I want to buy shovel ready and that is years down the line from where Met1 is now and totally unaffordable to them in their present financial state.

Bowlers.. I hope you do get some of your money back, if you do then it’s down to manipulation of the market, realistically this stock is doomed to sub 5p. Then, I can see in time we will see an application for a 1:10 reverse split (the 2nd one) to make it look more attractive to new investors. No way possible that Met1 can raise the 100’s of millions required for mining infrastructure on what they have raised up to yet. The majority of the licences they have are to “explore” on land that they don’t own or have an option to buy . It’s all filibustering at other peoples expense.

I’ve been watching this stock for around three months now, it’s a car crash waiting to happen. I bought in at 17p per share and sold at 100% gain, I won’t ever touch it again.

Now I’m not a very savvy bloke but I can give an educated guess as to why the stock hasn’t flatlined as yet (although it came close a few weeks ago). Executioners at one time were flooding the market with shares every Monday morning for a few weeks which cause a huge drop, they’ve changed tactics now and drip feed in. This drip feeding is keeping the share price way above its value as many folks were bitten when it was in the 30’s -50’s SP and they now see it rising and pumping in more to average down. Hobbyist investors will be out played and it’s those guys that are fuelling the share price, it’s a huge amount of daily trading going on and those pennies are going in one direction until the plug gets pulled.

But who is paying for the adverts that drive new investors to download an app and buy, buy ,buy because they saw two or three sites on a google search that put them on to it?.

This stock is messy, it’s full of folks buying in at 30p+ when it saw a rapid rise to ~50p and they went “wahay that’s the retirement fund sorted” then in the blink of an eye whoosh, down it went and those new investors were panicking but taking advantage of an average down, many of those are celebrating this week being back in the green and naivety tells them to hold on, we’re off to the moon.! Whilst all the time the price is being manipulated by a very few wealthy people who pay for the adverts.
