If you post on GGPchat and then point from here things do not get lost, it is the problem with LSE depending on number of post stuff disappears

Happy with that, at least 20 from North of Sheffield on here said the wanted a local meet, but other that post on here no-one took the next step.

Lots seem to want meets and I offered to try to get some local meets other than the ones that have happened going.

While they post on here saying they want they do noy take the next step.

There is a post on GGPchat that gives details.

Some have replied but in order to get meets you do have to indicate you would like a meet somewhere near you.

I will only be concerned about my shares and the day to day price when I want to collect a few £ for passing go,

any share price change in the next month has no effect, until I sell the widgets, no bits of paper now.

If it is being held back it allows others to buy cheaply.

From a shareholder prospective you may be correct, they have reinvested it back in the company.

Any money paid out in dividends weakens the company as when you reinvest it is in the existing share base and the money does not go back into the company bank.

I think, hope know, that Shaun will pay dividends ASAP, without causing problems for the growth of GRL, as he has stated he is in favour of dividends.

You do not need to use GGPchat, but you do need to read on there and send me your details, that is how I organised the meets I have organised.

My email for this is on there and due to the different structure you can return any time and find the information.

LSE provide no means of contact

I have started a thread on GGPchat as posters were saying they would like meets.

Since then while a good number like you post on here, lots of people read the GGP thread but no-one responds,

so does anyone really want a meet, be it London, East Anglia, Wales, North East/west or Scotland, I have to conclude no.

Having just has the very successful meet in Sheffield I cannot understand.

I may just take the GGPchat thread down as a waste of time.

I too would like dividends

Now is not the time

We have an old mine to revive, it costs money

We have a new mine to develop, that costs a lot of money

Dividend now could come at the risk of not succeeding with the two main tasks

I do not think most GGP shareholders want Dividends now.

I do want capital growth

Shaun admits to being a Dividend sort of fellow, but he understands dividend only come when the company is strong enough to support development in mine development and/or M&A activity, then and only then would most shareholder here want dividends.

If you want dividends then look to companies like Rolls Royce or Carnival both may over the next few years declare dividends and give you capital growth.

Interestingly you read a post wrongly , and make a statement.

It was not impossible to know what he posted, the subject stated and the reply indicated,.

But when explained why I knew he had posted on the very subject he reigned against only yesterday, you are not man enough to accept that you were wrong.

We all get things wrong which is why in some situations I add a suitable comment, and say happy to discus or similar.

No insecurity SC, but anyone looking at BBobs post history will see he and nothing of substance. no honour you must have a warped mind, just don't like reading so tribble. I bin very rarely and have only 6 there at present, only to make my reading of the board better for me, not anyone else.

AMAZING, Banana bobs moaning about meets yesterday, (having read through his posts I dropped him in my green bin) but looks to be in favour of one today.

Thanks Builderman , it was nice to meet, a pity because of the success that could not chat longer.

I have put out the offer to help get more local meets , while on here posters are saying yes, no one is contacting me yo be put in touch with each other.

I did toy with a South East Midlands near Peterborough but Cambridge so would cover East Anglia, but at the moment interest via GGPchat s means no meet.

Plenty of up ticks but you do need to respond if you want a meet in you area, at present i have no plans to arrange a meet.
