PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
Sad day today I’ve sold out after listening to Sam last night and reading this board, I have finally come to the conclusion this is just a bet on OM and that now has a twist, I’ve held Rkh since the first spud and at the time thought this was a life changer and made really good profit, and this made me think let’s go for it, as a private investor I couldn’t start to say how much I’ve now lost the list goes on and now I’ve added Rkh to this list of Desire, Borders and southern, Bowleven, Excite,Bahamas, and the worst premier oil, I only hold one now Deltic but I’ve lost all confidence in the markets. Good luck to all that hold Rkh for the future i so hope it comes off, and if things do improve I’ll jump back in.
Hmmm will the eargerly anticipated RNS be out UK or Bahamas time, if the latter, i reckon the cat will be out of the bag.
Back in the day Rockhoppers SP dived just before news of find.
Fun and games started with the SP, wouldnt be surprised if this ended blue today, good luck erybody.
My first purchase at 11.00 showing as a sell ?
Changes everything for RKH, there is now a genuine chance the Sealion project will get the green light as soon as the Oil price rises, and that it will when this dreaded disease is defeated. PMO is a great company just couldn't shift the debt under the current climate, but now the shackles of debt have been lifted somewhat, and the court case could go decisively in our favor, Chrysoar have as Boris would say an oven ready oil field with huge potential and under a British registered company so no losing face in the world, RKH SP has to rise from here and hopefully gain back losses from investments here and PMO.
Rookie 1, Guisborough, North Yorkshire. Must say Richmond is very nice.

Rookie 1, I am from up North, and also down around 120K from the SP of 55p, so could kick my self, worth around 30K now taking into account T20`s I had to close.
Rough figures, so we do a RI for around £500Mil and we issue new shares 3 fold of what we have now, share holders are squeezed (Arghhhh), and the new shares will definitely be cheap but the company is on a much sounder footing, share price should rise, and if it doesn't the company is still in a better situation and we sell Zama say £500Mil and do a buy back, we have just had a loan you could say and share holding goes back to pre rights issue and the SP would fly imho, well in theory, I do think there are a lot of positives out there, but what we don't really know is what games are going on in the back ground with the lenders and shorters, I would have thought arcm would be on board now with there new share allocation.
I could Fkin scream, but I do trust TD to reward the shareholders eventually.
Sweetner not sweeter ??
After reading the latest article from them, I did get my knickers in a twist when they said PMO could go bust, (if the debtors called in there chips) but thinking about it before ACRM got a sweeter to stop shorting and give the green light to the BP deal, Tony said he had the backing of all the major lenders, so I see a deal with them something on the lines of what ACRM got and the extension of the loans and this will increase to cover the BP assets, and they will receive shares at a discount, and I reckon this has already been agreed, once public the sp will rise as long as oil stays at today’s prices , so it’s a hold and buy for me.
Wish it was that simple :-)
ARCMhunter best thing i have done for reading this board is filter the two characters who post the same drivel all day long.
Quite like to hear two sides of an opinion, but two posters simply have to be filtered, the Ferret and Down and most certainly out. Filtered.
DiveCenre, as I say I do trust Trice.
Well after reading again the RNS of 29/01/2020, you either trust what Trice is saying or you don't, I personally do as he has been truthful so far along this long road to production. Saying that I have been bitten once before with Hart at Bowleven, but he is another story.
So after this RNS I have invested again in this stock only to see it plummet again, I know we cannot keep getting RNS after RNS repeating the same thing, Like nothing to report other than production above predicted, but may be we could get a tweet or maybe somebody actually working on the FPSO stating production all going good 20,000 BOPD posting on this board who is credible, or maybe the company confirm production has been successfully ramped up to this amount, just that these are not conventional wells, so maybe we should expect this from the company.
Even after good news like this and the share price still falls, I think most share owners would still be more than happy to hold, the problem here is this is not a conventional oil field and with out more up dates and the price falls through the floor people think all is lost. We just need re assurance.
Mkt cap £ 69 mil at 15p surly this is a buy even if no FID for another year, cant see RKH going bust anytime soon, either pay out from sale Egypt assets or if that goes tits, revenue from production, say 10 mill in bank just a guess, no debt, no obligations, a proven oil field with 12 or so appraised wells, cracking flow rates, a farm out to be carried once FID, I know PMO has cash issues but is going in the right direction, possibly cash from litigation in Italy, I would of thought PMO would buy ( all share offer ) just to stop the carry and pass on to another company to farm in, I just dont see this low value for the company, andI haven't mentioned the possible other scenarios, or am I missing something, all opinions welcome apart from the serial derampers who must have ulterior motives, you know who you are. Today, has finally drawn a line under Bowleven for me, even though I sold the lot just before the new management had taken over at a life changing loss after having held since 2010, In my opinion it was all down to Kevin Hart and not keeping the market updated regarding Sapele (got the Tiger by the tail and all that) and the sands(not gas injection able) and having wrote to him personally, and his reply of all is well, I hope I don't ever bump into him. I really do feel for the current holders, as this has been a compete disaster, the only thing I hope for is that Hart still holds all his shares. Rot
The bit I liked, was when the good Dr said that Lancaster was still being filled even today, ? from Clair ridge? if not may be from another conventionel oil field. :-)
