If you believe in the fundamentals here then hokd strong and buy more if you can thats my advice here. Plenty of games been played here so others can get your shares cheap.

Just look at the last couple of raises here and what price they were at, these II's are hoovering them up at way higher than today's prices so I see that as a bargain and top up time.

Personally don't think we have long to wait now as they are trying to squeeze all your shares from you now as much as they can.

Hi all I hold these shares in a nominee account, do I need to sell prior to the deadline, or can I just leave them in situ at moment and hope they re list and they will still be in my account? New to all this so just trying to find out what to do! Thanks

I honestly think we have a bit of a wait yet for THE RNS , it should be worth it but you just never know on Aim unfortunately. A few twists and turns yet IMHO

Surely if this impending court injunction was going to happen the board would need to notify shareholders via RNS. I think its poor that they have not updated the market regarding this matter as its clearly effecting the share price . The fact they have still not even told us that the Ice max has left for the Bahamas is again poor communication. Hope next week is a better week!

Does the capital gains get taken off automatically from your share dealing account? If not how do they know how much you are due , and chance if getting caught? And how far back can you offset your losses?

Surely its a no brainer buying the extra shares we are entitled to. Can you just sell them as soon as they come on the market or is there a certain period of time before you can sell?

Looks as if tge sale of the company has been agreed. The purchaser is buying shares on the open market cheaper than agreed buyout price. Hence the huge buys after hours. Rns tmo...

Morning all, surely there has got to be some kind off update from the board regarding what stage they are at with discussions, if discussions are still ongoing?

Sounds to me as if they are still talking but yet to reach an agreement. Hopefully for all of us PI's they can reach an agreement in the near term but does not look good unfortunately... Time to bail with a little or leave it...mmmm decisions...

I have researched and just take a look at the RNS's over the last 12 months, all are suggesting a deal imminent which has not come to fruition. Just stating FACTS. All I am saying is if a deal is coming there should be no reason for further fund raining but in my opinion there will be fundraising before any deal is announced. Happy if proved wrong!

They need to come clean and tell all shareholders where they are exactly with the so called impending deal. If there is a fund raising how on earth can we trust the BOD again as its been impending now for months, Very frustrating but still hopefull,,, all in my opinion

Fingers and toes crossed. I think there is something brewing here and if it comes to fruition your talking straight to 10p. All in my opinion!
