Imo it's worth highlighting that NCM are looking to pull a fast one by failing to update Hav ore resources and reserves. Drilling intercepts are not going to be considered as hard data for valuation purposes. Without MRE 2, we are left with something 12 months out of date, which was used as a basis for the PFS. We can't sit back quietly and let the 5% in effect.be stolen.

I believe that NCM has no right to buy the 5%. If GGP is not happy with the arbitrator's judgment it can refuse to sell
