I contacted the broker about them not keeping us informed as promised in RNS releases and he said he would pass the comments on but also said that PRD are very excited about the MoU!

Interesting development over at Oriole. 2 x HoT agreements send the ORR sp rocketing 73%. "Following the HoT, the conditional Earn-in Agreement is expected to be executed before the end of the year." Similar process underway here should see similar sp takeoff.

Hyping up the sp is a classic strategy to allow a certain select group of investors to exit with major gains. SOU sp, once at £1+ has since been decimated to sub-penny, as funding realities became apparent. PRD avoiding a repeat of SOU, and going down the SDX route instead. PRD far higher value than SDX, it must be said.

Was going to say sound business model, but Sound Energy has landed itself with enormous debt and share dilution.

Anyone unsure of what is going on here only needs to look across at SDX. Specifically its RNS of 5 June followed by the RNS of 5 Oct. PRD is a simple repeat of that process. Aim is to put the Co. on a secure financial footing. Once that is done, we'll see flow testing + a continuation of appraisal drilling. Solid business model. Now is the opp to top up.

Could be a farm-in partner. Something along the lines of Newcrest moving in with Greatland Gold. Bring in a reputable mid-tier Co. with its experts in production techniques. Guercif is far too big for PRD to handle on its own and development costs can quickly get out of hand.
