Haha, should maybe not have resisted the temptation! Even at 0.4p though, too much of the picture is still obscured, IMO.

to stop the rot in the share price or has he been bluffing all along? Can�t say I�m not tempted to catch this falling knife, but it would be a pure punt. Would like to have more of a handle on the cash position first.

Piltick However KA presents things, for me the core technology still seems very like Schrödinger's cat - until the box is finally opened we won’t know whether it is viable or not. In the meantime there is just too much missing information for me to expect a positive outcome.

Newboy58 “KA is out there doing his absolute best to bring this product to market” Instead of calling people names, why don’t you challenge him to demonstrate that to the market? It’s the market’s concerns about missing information that matter here, not the skeptical jottings of a few random PIs.

BumbleB Blame KA for the market’s lack of confidence in PHE, not skeptical BB posters. BB posters generally don’t move the market either way.

BumbleB How can skeptical BB posts damage a company? It is either a viable business or it isn’t. It is either being run well or it isn’t. If you want to protect your investment I suggest you direct your displeasure at KA.

Piltick I guess I just don’t believe that either of those targets are going to be hit. Slippage (this time round) has only been minor so far but I just don’t see how they’re going to get all their various ducks in a row. I don’t like the flow of information here - folk are being asked to take a lot on trust even as regards the prototype. To me, this just has the feel of one of those situations where everything is fine until it comes down to the wire and the shareholders find out that it isn’t. Further funding will be required sooner or later - at the moment a discounted placing is not possible so where is it going to come from? Shareholders like wazzza (and anyone else with a significant stake) should be asking KA hard questions. I really hope they are because relying on bland assurances is a risky strategy. This is a tricky sector. I have been researching EQT as a potential replacement for PHE on my watchlist and am yet to get comfortable with it.

Piltick For how much longer is PHE going to be described as an R&D development company? This is an increasingly important issue for a company with a mid-price below the nominal value of its shares.

any shares that PHE issues have to be issued at 0.5p. I�ve seen this before on AIM - the CEO points shareholders at the distant horizon rather than the hole that has opened up right in front of them.

Newboy58 I can’t speak for anyone else, but for me it’s about trying to get to the bottom of what’s going on with a company that has been on my watchlist for a long time. I think there’s missing information here.

Certainly not central. What is central is the chamber - does it work in a scaleable and sustainable way? Let’s worry about what to do with the hydrogen later. It’s the core technology that is the elephant in the room here. Folk are too far ahead of themselves - they should be banging on KA’s door to demand answers about the basics. Don’t wait until he proposes a share consolidation that is designed to facilitate further placings (you know how it works - fewer shares in issue, same nominal value as before).
