I was more hoping you could give us some valirx specific positives that might illustrate some successes or past mile stones or I will settle for one single measly announcement in the history of the company that has resulted in a sustained increase in the value of the company as opposed to a cash raise the following week ?

To be honest, it doesn’t matter if it’s 125 to or 250 to 1 Or 1000 to 1, the shares will still be worth the same just rebased at a different price.

I had been warned that it was somewhat lacking in any detail and contrition or any possible way forward.

I have to say that after reading it, I was left aghast at the complete and utter lack of detail and total disregard for shareholders concerns.

I honestly can’t believe that they even bothered to reply as it’s not even worth reading in my opinion.

Pxsmad- not necessarily, it could force the very very well paid management to put some of their own money into the company and take a pay cut or take deferred salary.

None of this would happen without a no vote.

The management currently own a measly £5006 worth of shares between all of them, and no that is not a misprint.

If the management have no faith in the shareprice ever rising then why should the shareholders ?

Just had a very enlightening chat with Freddy on the phone. He is doing an excellent job and some excellent discussions and information being exchanged.

Correction - I think it’s the fourth consolidation

Keeptofacts- there is nothing illegal about the third consolidation, however the same can not be certain regarding the information put out by RNS, WhatsApp and investor presentations.

In hindsight a lot of what has been said should be looked at again in detail as none of it seems (to me at least) to be true.
