PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
keep going round in circles being told to update java constantly, waste of time trying any more.
phone your broker/dealer today and have a chat. These proxy forms take ages to arrive not minutes. You must order one now if you have any chance of getting into the ballot. The timeing might just be deliberate here to forstall a massive NO vote by us lot...........be prepared.
and has told me that the company will issue a circular soon which will clarify to some extent the situation. He also said that this circular would be printed on the website and an rns would be issued to alert us to that fact. He then said that the company BOD have taken this route to enable them to move the 'asset' onwards to achieve maximum value for shareholders. He said that the company will welcome all shareholders and hopes that they will remain with the company as private shareholders..Hmmm well I bet they do. He did mention that Barsky and the BOD have a good track record and this is the descision that they have made to get the best out of what they have got. The best for them or for us remains to be seen in my opinion. The bottom line [I think ] is that we will be invited to take an offer or to stay with the new 'private' company.
Mr Henry Lerwell, the name at the end of the RNS if you need any information re MTA rns. I got his secretary who said he was out and that he would call me back as soon as he could ??? If you all ring then we might get a reaction in the guise of another rns explaining the plot here.
As they hold 50% and will table 50% as a yes vote then I would imagine that it is a done thing. With the best will in the world getting all the small investers to rally up a massive 30% 'No' vote on the day may be a bridge too far. Unless there is some way of alerting the small holders en-masse to get their X on the 'NO' box I would think that there is not much hope here. I am sure that those on this site and other boards will vote 'NO' but is it 30% ?
that there are two very distinct views here this morning. The majority seem to think that B and Alltec have engineered a way to steal our money. Some see it as a way to move the company forward. If the intention is to bypass the aim and move on in an independant manner, then are we obliged to surrender our shares for whatever price is eventually offered? Or on the other hand will we be issued with new shares in a private company?
Thank you for the video link it was great to see something at last from the secretive redleaf camp. The sheer size of the pilot capsule is eye opening to say the least hard to comprehend the scale of 10,000 bpd. It would seem that the way forward for Tomco is a fast sell out to redleaf and Total once the permits are delivered in the near future. I can't really see them hanging on and fund raising and then producing. A sell out would be more appropriate and in keeping with their style. It would not surprise me to see them announce some other project they have 'had in mind' at some time soon. gl.
and then we shall see some glowing results.
Thanks for the map link. So many famous names in the area, Amarillo, Whicita, Carson, and we are parked on 'Death road as well. Amazing. Are all those red dots wells that now belong to MTA? How many are there? cheers.
It was lovely to see him again he is such a character, and who could not fail to love his 'yarpie' accent? The main thing for me was not so much what we long termers already know, ie it all hinges on Redleaf's ecoshale but the almost outright declaration that the reaper in the shadows [TOTAL] has been spotted marked and welcomed with open arms. With the tomco permits in place and the secretive ecoshale production figures to hand it would be foolish for total to look elsewhere, being gaurenteed millions of barrels available right next door to their brand new 'ecoshale land' Tomco by the very fact that it is still here looks almost certain now to 'cash in' handsomley. gl.
pity it is off the radar for most people.
Good news, I hope the op goes well for you.
waiting for anything to happen with this lot..................however. I do recollect that the words ''a major world resource' being talked about when the discovery was first announced. I also seem to recollect that it can take ten years from discovery to production. Who knows but for what I paid it is wise to hang on and wait and see. gl
Just a guess, what else can it be? I reckon we will come back with 3p as the bench mark, from then on it all depends on what hits the table.. The reason why I think 3p is the new technology practices ongoing at the moment with jaded and uneconomical oil fields especially in Texas. What was a non starter is now possibly a small but useful proposition. There is a lot of oil still in the ground from what I can gather. GL and we shall soon see !!
Who knows this is aim land and disasters and miracles go hand in hand like siamese twins. My own reasearch has led me to expect a massive rise on re entry. The Man knows his stuff and has access to large corridors of cash and power. I t would make him look a bit naieve to say the least if he failed.
I do apologise as I said I only glanced at it. I must have misread the current sp but what I have said is very relevent. The matra scenario is a lot different and I am certain that time will prove me right in that there is a lot of genuine potential [not just for matra] in revamping jaded wells and acerage. If you look at the proposal matra are touting and the oil reserves etc the deal looks pretty good. It does to me anyway which is all that matters as it is my money on the mta table alongside the dosh of other believers. Good luck to magp holders I hope you do well and that the sp hits 4p before long.
Interesting aspect of the modern trends being used to extract previously uncommercial oil reserves. The really interesting thing though [after a quick glance] is the percentages that MAGP have to work with and the estimated reserves available to them. If you compare that to Matra and their 100% fully owned prospect then the sp of 4p at MAGP is encouraging. Comparisons are useless of course unless you are talking about Marylyn Monroe and the lady next door but one is tempted to say that we [matra] stand in a much better scenario and could therefore expect a much better sp once the waters have cleared a little. gl
Always a good sign that things are ''looking good Houston''. Bodes well.
happening particularly in the Texas oil scene. One innovative technique being used as we ponder is complimentary fracking. Sounds very social doesn't it? You drill two wells to target depth adjacent to each other and instead of fracking each one separately as usual you frack them simultaneously. This method is producing a remarkable improvement in output figures as well as cutting costs. It is useful in older established fields where it provides a boost to jaded wells. Barsky is onto this.
anyone heard anything re Soko? Did they drill or find any more oil ? The outstanding 10 million depends on them finding oil ?
