Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Pineapple 288 - yes, I was one of them. Close to 54p. What a mistake that was. I never learn on AIM.
Good morning Nickel Investor - looks like you've made it onto the Mothercare board this morning. What's your motive there today?
Ajax62 - yep me too. All my shares (which isn't that many) in a bottom draw now. JOG was one of my best until today. So well disappointed about that.
Have yet to make anything significant on AIM in the 10 yrs I've been trying so wonder why I bother too. Fall for the promise of success every time and it never works out. Bad investing I guess on my part. Reckon if I live until I'm 90 or more I might get back some of my losses. So another 30 yrs to go.
Recent excitement was an £8 divi from EZJ - that's how bad it is.
Fortunately I don't need this to survive but for others I appreciate it may be different.
Out for a walk this afternoon and then more cycling and climbing. That's what keeps the focus for me.
Keep the faith and don't give up as I'm sure you wont.
It's FLYBMI that's gone into admin. Not FLYBE.
962962 - I too have just sent an e-mail to Hoskins along the lines of your post at 12.06h. Just have to wait and see now if anything happens.
Fieldmouse - my sentiment exactly. Trouble is these scum will get off untouched.
A. Smithy- wake up mate. You know as well as the rest of us that the majority of the 2000+ employees will loose there jobs within months anyway. I've seen it in the company I once worked for. Took over a small company, got hold of the intellectual property and months later closed the small company completely.
Souldoubt - your post sounds like you are smarter than the rest of us and don't make losses. I'm sure you will correct me if I'm wrong.
962962 - very good point. The unions would be able to as you say. I agree with you entirely in all you say too.
962962 - it would be good to know what employees are thinking but I would well imagine any of them that dare to say anything would definitely find themselves without a job.
Fairdealer20 - do you really have to keep having a go at GB and vice versa. Not what these boards are meant to be about is it? Give it a rest the pair of you. Have your private squabble in private can't you. It's tedious.
Yes, the writing is definitely on the wall now isn't it. We get to vote but for 1p a share or nothing. BOD just taking the piss now.
gell -yes I agree with you entirely.
This is just a joke. I've only lost small change on this as I didn't have more to invest I'm glad to say. I once flew with this set up but will be sure as hell never to go near them again. Corporate world is full of crooks like this BoD and they always come out smelling of roses. But what goes round comes round.
Scratchy - I was thinking the same as you. I Spy has answered the question. One other question I have is how do I vote as all my shares (not many) are with Selftrade.
philipc240 - doesn't always work like that. Just over six years ago the big pharma company I worked for made 50% of lab research staff redundant in order to protect profits and shareholder value from a looming patent cliff.
