From what I gathered, the FDA will take minimum of 2 yrs, will take at least another Yr just to gathered enough data to summit to FDA, and will take a good Yr plus ....no sale to USA YRS plus!

Avo, we found oil over 3 yrs now, and it may seem that we are close ....but what has really changed? Except some paper work and it hasn't really made any difference to the outcome, we still don't have lp! You would have thought it would be in mongolia interest as much as it is our to get the oil out of the ground as possible right? Hamm, why would you think traders got their plans ruined? They can goes long or short...it makes no difference if the sp goes up or down, they makes monies on the movement of sp whether its up or down!
