In answer to your questions:

1. ARCM were obligated to act in line with the creditors committee and have done so.

2. Creditors were not prepared to back a refinancing without additional equity being injected into the Company. Shareholders were not prepared to support an equity raise if the proceeds went solely to creditors. So the BP Acquisitions were critical to the standalone solution. Without the stand alone solution, terms for alternative transactions would have been significantly worse.

3. We will publicise data on Chrysaor ASAP but it has to be brought up to prospectus standards as it will be part of the shareholder approval documentation. This is a listing requirement.

Lomgtermthinker, I have always been polite, they just don’t want to talk about subjects they have no explanation for. Did you ask about the 82m share issue at the expense of shareholders and what that achieved for us?
I imagine you asked the same questions as most, ie, predicted valuation of the enlarged company?which they can copy and paste a reply email To the other thousands of enquires.
