Hence why the new production from tolmount and zama will offset any decline and we will remain well in the 200kboepd Mark. You can choose to ignore everyone else needing capex spend to maintain production but i as I’ve just explained, Aker are spending. £400M on one field alone.

I’m pretty sure We actually have a better and newer transition over to gas than aker bp? Tolmount will soon make us a more gas based company..

But why do you think there is no comparison to Aker BP? That’s the question I’d like the answers to. They still have old assets and are throwing £400m capex at Johan sverdrup alone. They have larger debt, no real diversification( lundin do)
So please explain to be why you can’t compare the two?

And yes I realise lundin have probably the lowest opex there is so give or take a few dollars, and I can’t understand why their tax only shows as $2 per barrel either but I’m guessing that’s because of tax loss’s the previous year?

FCF of $15 per barrel at $36 oil and a very heavy year for capex for them.
So now we can assume they are making FCF of $27 per barrel.

Give us the similar metrics and take off the tax and not include any of the incredible hedging in place that gives us around $30 per barrel FCF

Cool keep it on the reserved side. At current prices we have FCF of $25 per barrel excluding any hedges in place or premiums to Brent we get. That’s $2.1B and £1.6B Sterling. But like I said that’s taking today’s base Brent price and using a lot higher opex/tax scenario. Infact I’m using lundins barrel cost profile which includes not only tax but Norway’s tax. So in reality we are going to be producing up near £2B per year sterling including hedging

No one knows when the prospectus will be issued but yes any of those figures are possible.
Apart from there is still £3B debt outstanding as chrysaor already had around 2 of its own, but that debt is very manageable at these oil prices. At $50 I beleive it could be paid for within 2-3years.(not that they would)

Because the creditors wanted their money back!!

To keep things simple, as long as DBNO is on here spouting rubbish you keep buying and you will do well.

Obviously in time with $60 oil we will probably see 50 p again...
