Flyover, I don’t see how? The deal has been proposed and just needs share holders approval, they can’t start diluting it further because they feel like it. Prospectus is about the merge co’s not about the deal itself. Again, Correct me if I’m wrong

Yep your right, ARCM managed to get themselves around £20m worth of shares at a discounted rate to close their short and then shafted us on the refinancing by demanding an RI to raise capital to cover their exposure to the debt. Big investors were not happy for the RI to go solely to the creditors so didn’t back the RI and so there was a stand off.
In hindsight ARCM should have been told to stick it and buy their shares on the open market to close their short but I think even Tony can’t be blamed for that shafting by ARCM.

DRS don’t flatten yourself mate, that was an example to simplify things you couldn’t back up any of your figures when I asked so I completely disregarded your post if I’m honest.
Infact if you check your posting history you will see you were comparing company’s in $ when I was comparing company’s in Sterling which is what our mcap and shares are in. So no I certainly wasn’t agreeing with your £4B mcap predictions.

I completely agree with pearls and 27p is very doable short term, if you don’t think it is please give us a breakdown of your valuations and we can see where we differ.

As I understand it:

If the group was worth £4B and there was 40B shares in issue which would make a share price of 10p per share our equity as existing Pmo shareholders is either 5 or 5.5% of that £4B regardless of how many shares are in issue So the value would still be the same as today’s share price.
You would just in a way have more shares but the same value.
All that matters is the mcap of the new company and once it is known they will probably consolidate the share price 10:1 anyway so if the above scenerio was the case the shares which were 10p would become £1, but again, would not effect the actual value of your holding.

This is why I’m working on comparison company’s mcap of £6.5b and even if you discount it 20% still gives you £5.2B mcap which still puts is up at 30p if we use 5.5% equity.

Again I am no pro so someone please let me know if I have this completely wrong.

I wouldn’t like to say yes or no but IMO it’s all priced in now, that’s why the share price won’t budge past 22 p until prospectus. Market currently values the company at £4B which if churning out £3B a year revenue is still very, very cheap imo.

The new company will be worth £2.6B but will churn out $3B a year revenue? And that was back at $40 oil. Lol they write anything to suit there position, how do they justify that valuation?
