I agree BBB. People praise the bod for getting us back to pre windfall tax price (or just short of) but I disagree. They have been very lucky with timing and prices being the way they are but have been very shady with regards to major shareholding’s offloading and movement of shares which looks like it’s still ongoing or even if it isn’t those ‘transferred’ shares are clearly being offloaded under new holders.
We owe the bod no thanks imo as the buy backs was for their benefit to offload not ours and I wouldn’t be surprised if this continues for that reason. Our SP should be double what it is today

I still think a buy out of sqz is possible and probably the only one most of us would be happy with.
Around Half their mcap is covered by cash and they are unhedged 80% gas in the North Sea it’s a perfect fit for us. The aquisitiom would pay for its self very quickly and if hedged at around £2+ for the long term it’s a gaurenteed winner. Minimal decom liabilities.
Their bod are getting old and without buy backs for themselves I’m not sure what else they will do with their cash other than return it to shareholders which wouldn’t be very positive for the share price.

I’d love to see it broken today, sekforde. There’s a lot of those ‘transferred’ shares being offloaded at this level imo. Let’s get them out the way at this level so when we break it we away big time.

£64m trade this morning at 4.90 buys or sells? Someone paid £5 tonight for £3m though regardless

It’s no crystal ball but with sentiment and fundamentals on your side your can have a bit of a heads up when to add more ahead of a breakout or when to reduce ahead of a sell off with a bit of an idea of where to re enter.
I added more today because I beleive there’s a few indicators (which I’m sure you don’t want to know about) that are about to signal another bull run.

Barcs is having a nice rally this week but I don’t see it lasting myself,Short term TA does look bullish but you have to be foolish to ignore the damage the energy crisis is having on the economy’s all across Europe.
Stopped myself opening another short at £1.74 today when the Dow took a wobble but might add again tommorrow if this doesn’t bounce.

I was lubed up ready PT, luckily it didn’t materialise and we are back in buisness. Looking very strong, could test £5 by tonight.

I think when we crack £5 this time we will March up to new highs PT, I think £6 will come quickly. Sqz went ballistic when they went debt free and broke old resistance
