Looking at when the shorts were building they notified daily, do they have to do the same when closing or can they close their full position before having to notify? Obviously when building a position they don’t care because the increasing I’m short positions spooks the market and helps their trade but not when closing. Oil was $78 a barrel at $100 so what do you have it at $22 less? Gas I beleive was 78p per therm at £2 so what do you have it at £1.35?
