What do you not understand about 75% tax strangling the energy sector to reduce investment and make fossil fuels unaffordable? If anyone still thinks this was about raising tax revenue you are a deluded. It was solely about funnelling the nations wealth back to the government and crippling the industry. When fuels become unaffordable people can’t afford to drive and then 15mimute city’s and public transport come into play.

This share is dead in the water unless we pick up a big producing field abroad. We are just existing at current levels and for once I don’t blame the BOD, this is another one of those ‘coincidences’ where the conspiracy theory of a government demolitioning the sector has come true. They either want rid of oil and gas completely or they are crippling it so they can take control of it.

At current prices I don’t think we are making the money to fund anymore buybacks. I know you lot will cry your eyes out and scream shorter but if we want to maintain a divi we are not making the money for buybacks aswell. This is a red or black share now, a pure gamble

The thing that makes me laugh with you lot is a told you a long time ago this would be structured to kill the oil and gas industry but protect the global corporations. It’s a wealth transfer, wipe out the smaller buissness in all industry’s and let the big company’s step in and take the wealth.
You will have 5-10 global corporations(corporatism) supply everything for a world living off the state and no one will be able to compete to make their own living.
Throw in 15 minute city’s and digital currency’s and if you lot still can’t grasp where it’s heading that says more about you than it does about me.

I’m not sure if you’ve realised but when commodity prices fall it means less money made, add in higher tax and it gets worse, just a little tip you can have for free.

The only thing that can move hbr is an acquisition and that’s all I’m holding out for. I will be out shortly after when/if it gets made.
