Surprised we are not getting hammered today I must say. We must have a buyer hoovering up whatever is available.

You must have a lot more time in the day than me to sit on hold for over 2 hours at a time to get no answer.

I work in construction and I’m afraid I’m too busy for that nonesense. If they want information ring me, they haven’t tried once. They want the info, they should make the call. You’re talking like they own my money and I don’t already pay for the privelage of them distributing my wealth at a rate of 9:1.

I have banked with Barclays for 33 years they have every detail about me, I’ve sat on hold for hours trying to get to the bottom of this for months but no one ever answers the call. This morning I wake up to frozen accounts while trying to run a legitimate buisness. please don’t tell me it’s all for my benefit. If I spend over £500 in a day they are on the phone immediately. So they have everything they need to prevent fraudulent activity. It’s yet another overreach of security and demand for more details.

Everything is hidden under the guise of ‘for your safety’ but it never is.
