So just spoken to Walbrook. I said I believe we have enough investors for 5% the majority of us are unhappy with the lack of updates form the BoD and if we haven’t had an update by the end of 2020 we will look at calling a general meeting.

The response was that they will forward the query onto the BoD and if we wanted to call a general meeting we would go via the NOMAD or Walbrook. They will let me know what route we need to take. If we want to call one you can communicate with them your holdings and name etc so you don’t need to post on here. I think that is the best approach.

I suggest we all think if we want to call one if it comes to it but if an sufficient update is given I don’t think one will be needed.

Tom very promptly called back. I mentioned that given we haven’t heard anything since June we might want to call a general meeting given we have enough shareholders to account for 5% of shares. He mentioned he didn’t personally manage them but he will pass me onto the team. I’ll give an update shortly.

Just called Walbrook was told Tom was the guy to talk to and he was on the phone. I’ll update you if he calls back.

I feel like the BoD has had ample time and zero correspondence with their investors.
