They said tomorrow (today) or next week. But now that makes sense the “update” was the generic update from Walbrook not MTFB

Well this is the thing. When they said we would get an update. I’m going to hazard a guess and say the update was from Walbrook and not MTFB.

I think the next correspondence will be to say yay or nay for a deal.

Well I certainly agree the clock is ticking and that is my main concern. However, we might be in the final stages. It’s in the management teams and their partners interest to deliver.

I shouldn’t say but Walbrook said they have been servicing Motif for free this year and they wouldn’t do that if they didn’t think they would deliver an RTO.

Even Brexit went down to the wire.

It’s not disappointing in the slightest, you’re misunderstanding it.

No news is good! They cannot update us on the progress. They can only update us to say it’s failed or successful.

It’s not over until they explicitly say.

So I just got a fantastic email from Walbrook and in essence: “no news is good news” IF something had changed like they cannot undertake an RTO we could have been told. They CANNOT tell us anything if if the number of candidates have been narrowed down to 1 etc.

For now I don’t think a general meeting is needed. However, we can call one after delisting if we want to get some answers on what went wrong.

First of all I would like to say that this RTO is looking very similar to the BOU RTO and the lack of updates isn’t strange however it means both could be going done the tubes or about to land.

Anyway, as I might have mentioned the contact at Walbrook gave me an out of office when I emailed last. I emailed the general email the out of office advised to contact. I didn’t get a reply so I just called.

Walbrook has advised that an update will be with is shortly (more than likely next week).

Now as we all know they can mask the message in smoke and mirrors or they can be honest and give us it without any BS.

Either way it sounds like things are going to become clear very soon good or bad.

Sure will, I know that the big boys are doing lots of innovation and investments to diversify which is always a great enabler for change in such big companies.

Rolls Royce already have electric planes. They will be the next big change in aviation.
