As mentioned the other day, we are getting small trades, price is stable and this will only move on contracts. Saving money, not having cashflow issues won't send this back to 140p.

I need some other things to work in my favour so I can lower my average.

Similar situation with the two RTOs plays I am in. No news is good news, you only get news IF something has changed good or bad.

Sorry but I cannot progress the conversation. Because I can't prove my holding via IG I don't think she wants to tell me much. Would be good if somebody else could approach the three people I mentioned but appreciate that is time and effort.

I have tried to cobble a reply but not sure if I will get anywhere:

The position was opened on the 14th of October 2020 however the position has been placed via "IG Index Limited, (register number 114059).". I hope and also assume this institution will be present in the register.

Furthermore as mentioned I also have a larger group of shareholders that given the correct information would verify their positions in the register if we were to go down the appropriate route for calling a general meeting.

The shareholders I am writing on behalf of are concerned due to the lack of updates, peculiar trade on Monday. We just want to know if G3 Exploration are planning to re-list or an agreed liquidation process has been agreed upon and we can understand what will be due to shareholders from the proceeds of the sale of assets. "

The 5% is just a general tactic I have used before. Over on MTFB and BOU we rallied about 5% just from this website.

It is strange they are holding a book of positions.

Maybe someone who has "shares" can email the three people and see what they can find out.

So as you are all aware I spreadbetted this so I am not "technically" on the share register. I just emailed Alex Lawson with Rebecca Rohan in Cc and I got a reply with Keith Blake copied in!!

My email to them was:

:We have seen some strange activity (reported trade yesterday for 250,000 shares) and little communication from anybody involved with G3 Exploration. I therefore suggest unless myself and the other shareholders that hold at least 5% of the voting shares get a sufficient update on the progress of the Liquidation Committee ("LC") and possible relisting of G3E we would like to proceed with calling a general meeting as per 305 Companies Act 2006.:

If we wanted to call a GM (given we could get the numbers right) who would we even approach? The law states we can call one no matter if we are suspended, public or private.
