Looks like the founding team own the most, I would bet "Close Asset Management Limited" are the original financiers maybe for large assets purchases or working capital. A TR1 or whatever they are called will be interesting to see. As somebody said until a certain market cap the big boys won't invest. So you might see some of the smaller fund managers investing.

exactly, I don't know enough about this company but would be interesting to see a large institution buy into this. Anybody know where the major shareholding list?

I am not privy to the M&A process in Pharma etc but if you were a corporate you would let the small companies get the approvals and first clients on their own time/cost and if they succeed you swoop in and buy them before the market can react.

I highly doubt many people on here could buy once at £16.75k and even if it was a "ramping" crew they would need a lot of cash.

Because as somebody mentioned if a "big boy" wasn't to get in they will want to get it at a set price. Otherwise from every 100k is could increase by 1% etc and by time they have bought 2,000,000 it could be 20% higher than they wanted.
