If that email somebody got the other day "The proposed transaction is progressing and the company is cautiously optimistic the transaction will be concluded in the coming weeks." is true. Wouldn't shareholders need to vote on anything? If we did would the RTO candidate have to be announced or would it just be the deal terms?
