2) No massive swing in price either way

What happened to these millions of shares being dumped onto the market?

Well I am hoping I can use the new capital to make some quick cash and pump it back into here on these low numbers. Total gamble... IP has yet to show any real value other than saying he has a lead pipeline. We need sales.
