@buckeye it was the wording about exchange of certificates that made me ask, that we'd have to swap one certificate for another didn't sound right

If we don't vote in this upcoming proposal, will we not be entitled to get future dividends? I'm assuming that if a majority vote for this proposal, then all shareholders will be entitled to future dividends or am I mistaken?

If someone sells on the 24th, they don't get that dividend do they? I thought you had to own it at close of business on 24th. Is that not correct?

Pippa you make some excellent points. The facts are that Russia just isn't suffering like our leaders or us hoped. I hate to say it but theres just not enough happening to say Russia is in a losing position.
