I've seen a few people here state that Russia are only thinking of seizing state owned assets, but I cant see anywhere in the media where it says only state owned so is that correct or not?

I'm sure some of you have noticed that Uncle Klaus said recently at Davos that cyber attacks would be the next big thing and my OH works for a group of schools and the government have recently been advising schools to take steps to prepare for cyber attacks.

This is obviously advice for a long position but despite what may be driving the price down now, it must benefit to get in companies like this sooner rather than later

Cheers mate, I'll look into it. At the minute Fineco have frozen shares here, saying they're under sanctions/embargo so I hope this might get round it

I just did a Google search and I must have misunderstood

If paper certs are still a thing, does that mean if I wanted to sell, I could get around Finecos stupid embargo of these shares? As far as I know I can't trade them currently

@buckeye where you said you can request paper certificates, if I'm not mistaken, that's no longer an option since Jan this year I believe ?

Same here mate. I've spoken to them but it's luke talking to a brick wall, I've told them it's not affected on other brokers and they said maybe they haven't caught up yet!? I've emailed POLY to confno issues and I'll email ut to those cretins to prove they're wrong. I'm not wanting to sell yet but I want to have that opportunity if need be

@chique. Its not making any sense, surely if these shares were under sanction, HL wouldn't be trading thrm and they are still.

The 9th sanctions package said no new investment in Russian mining so how come they're still active on other brokers?

Looking into my Fineco account today and my POLY shares are not showing as being tradeable anymore. Fineco say they are under embargo from the EU sanctions. Is this because they're an Italian company? As far as I know and judging by this board they can't have been sanctioned or everyone else would be in the same boat. They were still tradeable yesterday as far as I know so I don't know if this is a mistake or not
