The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
anyone know what's caused the welcome rise this past week.
Thanks Atmos. This is what bb's should be about - helping our fellow posters who are not so knowledgeable. I have a fairly wide portfolio and some of the boards are so populated with cretins who seem to revel in childish banter and one-upmanship it is difficult to follow the good stuff.
Hi Atmos have had these for a good few years - bought at 220 - ouch - but have kept faith due to positive ratings and this bb. I'm not a great poster but can i ask one thing. You mention Jeffries rating of 453 in March but i note that it doesn't appear on LSE's list of broker ratings - do you know why this is as i have noticed this on other holdings. GOOD LUCK all.
As a LTH who doesn't post too often this grant award is good news. Have been encouraged to stay the distance by such as FB who i always follow with interest. My average cost is just over 3.5 so some further good news will be welcome. Thanks to all you positive posters. Rock on reneuron.
Just bought in here a couple of weeks ago but haven't panic sold yet - more fool you i hear some of you say. Part of my interest was in the future for advanced driving assist and self-drive technology. I suppose the loss of Apple may no doubt effect their ability to invest and thus apply "the automatic breaking system" to their progress here. Anyhow does anyone have any thoughts on why yesterday Numis have put a 310p target in place in the face of a sea of negativity. I would like some sort of straw to clutch.
good to see any sort of post here. have been here a long time but have kept the faith. bought on recommendation from biotech mag and latest is "Horizon has signed a new licencing agreement that gives an unnamed commercial partner access to its bioproduction cell lines. The subscription deal, a first of its kind for Horizon, is valued at a minimum of £500,000. The Partner will gain immediate access to one of Horizon's engineered cell lines for an indefinite period of time and will gain early access to Horizon's programme of continuous cell line innovation, enabling them to licence any follow-on cell lines developed as part of the programme at a 50% discount within a 5 year period from signature". Think it will be steady as you go and hopefully some upward movement.
Telegraph today"Ashtead boosted after US peer United Rentals hiked it's outlook". Bought these at £1.00 many years ago and holding on for more as pensions pots were a disaster. Am siding with discodave re outlook. There will be a few potholes along the way but i think they have the machinery to deal with.
Investor show supposedly end of April. Anyone any news on that? Some positive news would be welcome as have been here since 2013 and 50% down. Trying to keep the faith.
Have held these for a good few years having bought in at just over 90p so no cause for complaint no matter what happens. Just wondered if anyone has a clue as to Deutsche's target of 660p and sell rating. This seems to be going against the flow. Nice to see a few other postings other than Vig100 who i have followed with interest over the years.
This from Moneyweek's "share tipsters at a glance" - Investors Chronicle keeping faith with the long term outlook despite underwhelming trading update. Been here a long time and looks like i will have to keep the faith. Just need to get that cash rolling to inspire confidence.
article in interactive investor - "the company actually made a cash profit in the six months to 30 September, the first since a major restructuring in late 2010. new improved deal with Solvay, announced last week, is expected to double capacity at the Arnhem plant to 80,000m3 per annum, with the first phase - about 20,000m3 - expected to come on-stream in mid-2017. The Belgians have agreed to buy a minimum of 76,000m3 from Solvay over next five years". have been a long time holder so hope we can push on although i think we will require a few more years of patience.
my first post here. there are many things i don't really understand about this mad world of trading. what i do understand is that i bought here at 47p and look where we are now. the last broker rating was westhouse at 100p (they were always 100p). have any of you bought at this level and have a degree of optimism for the future. i wouldn't want to be alone.
hi 4family my first post so be patient. The link to "Director's Talk" shows Panmure Gordon have set a target of 270 - article dated 16th September. I know this was their target on 20th July but on our site broker rating for 16th September is showing as 172. Hopefully i'm missing something here.
